FAQ
How is MCP access decided?
By a conversation, not a form. The data costs to produce (interviews, scrapes, verification, triangulation) and the infrastructure costs to keep running (Cloudflare Worker, Supabase, cron, vectorize), so we look at your use first — which silos, how often, for which decision. Access opens afterwards, with the matching entitlements.
Why 5,000€ for a raw report and not less?
Because a report at this depth (399 pages, 20 annexes, 31 interviews, 12 months of fieldwork) has a real production cost you can't recover on a few hundred licenses at 500€. 5,000€ aligns the price with the value buyers extract from it — an investment decision, an M&A, a framed product pivot — rather than a volume model.
How is this different from a consultancy?
The starting point. A consultancy spends the first week of an engagement discovering your subject, and you pay for that week. Here the context is already there: 25 years in streaming, two live reports, an intelligence pipeline that runs every day. You don't pay for the discovery, you pay for the work.
Are prices ex-VAT or including VAT?
Ex-VAT. Bostral & Co is subject to French VAT (20% for EU clients, except exports). US / UK / Switzerland / Africa clients are billed ex-VAT without VAT. Invoice sent within 48h of payment.
Does the MCP subscription give access to the full reports?
No. The subscription gives access to the data (datapoints, figures, sources, histories). For the full written report, you need the 5,000€ license separately. Some teams just want live data in their AI stack; others want the written thesis.
